Returns & Exchanges
Our Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your order. If something isn't right, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Conditions
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.
- Sale items and accessories (socks, keychains, necklaces) are final sale.
- We don't accept returns on items that have been altered or damaged by the customer.
How to Return
- Email us at hello@saintheaven.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll send you a return shipping label (free for Australian orders).
- Post it back via Australia Post. Drop it at any post office or use a parcel locker.
- Refund processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the return.
Exchanges
Need a different size? Email us and we'll arrange an exchange, subject to stock availability. If your preferred size is sold out, we'll issue a full refund.
International Returns
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service - we can't be responsible for items lost in transit.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If a product has a major fault, you are entitled to a replacement or refund regardless of this policy. For more information, visit accc.gov.au.
