How long does shipping take?

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes - Australian orders over $100 AUD qualify for free standard shipping. International orders have flat-rate shipping based on region.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Sale items and accessories are final sale. See our returns page for the full process.

How do I exchange for a different size?

What sizes do you carry?

Our tees come in S through XXL. We recommend checking our sizing guide - our cuts vary between collections (Volume I is regular fit, Volume II and III are oversized).

Will sold-out items be restocked?

Most items are produced in limited runs. Once a drop sells out, it's usually gone for good. Sign up for our newsletter to be first to know about new drops and any restocks.

Saint Heaven is based in Australia. We're an online-only store - no physical retail location. We ship domestically and worldwide.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and all major credit/debit cards via Stripe. All transactions are processed securely with SSL encryption. Prices are in AUD.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

If your order hasn't shipped yet, email us as soon as possible at hello@saintheaven.com.au and we'll do our best to make changes. Once shipped, we can't modify orders - but you can return items per our return policy.
